Bigger vehicles

Five people with suitcases will not fit in a car. Finding that out at the curb can cost you the flight.

We send a van or an SUV when a car will not do the job. A family with bags heading to XNA or Fort Smith Regional. A work crew going to one site. A group heading out to Pocola or Roland. Call (479) 445-3169 with the number of people and bags. We price that vehicle before it leaves.

Know before you call

When a sedan is the wrong car

The math is simple, and people still get caught out at the worst moment.

Ask for the van

  • Four adults flying for a week, with checked bags
  • Three people plus golf clubs, strollers or hunting cases
  • A student moving into a dorm at UAFS or in Fayetteville
  • A group who would rather ride together than split up
  • Several pickups a few minutes apart on the Van Buren or Greenwood side

A sedan covers

  • × One or two riders
  • × Two large suitcases and a carry-on
  • × A short crosstown trip with light bags

Group runs

Game days, weddings and work crews

A group heading to Fayetteville on a game weekend. A wedding party going from a hotel to a reception. A shift crew heading to a jobsite at Chaffee Crossing. All of those work better in one vehicle than in three cars.

We can make two or three stops on the way if everyone lives a few minutes apart. That is how most Van Buren and Greenwood group rides start.

Tell dispatch these four things

  • How many people are riding, including children
  • How many bags, and whether any of them are oversized
  • Whether it is one pickup address or several
  • The time you need to arrive, not the time you want to leave

Dispatch picks up 24 hours a day and will tell you straight away.

(479) 445-3169
How many people fit in a taxi van?

More than a car. The exact number depends on which van is free that day. Tell us how many people and bags, and we will say what we are sending.

Do you charge more for a van?

A bigger vehicle is priced differently than a car. Either way you hear the price before the ride. Ask us to price both options and pick the one you want.

Can you take a group to XNA with luggage?

Yes, and that is our most common van booking. Book ahead, especially for a morning flight, so the right vehicle is set aside.

Do you carry car seats?

Ask when you call. Tell us the ages of the children so you get a straight answer, not a surprise at the curb.

Need the bigger vehicle?

Call with the number of people and bags. We will tell you what we are sending and what it costs.
